As Director Service, you will not only be responsible for managing and developing our service departments, but also provide impetus for excellent customer support and advice. With your motivating leadership, you will not only ensure first-class service provision, but also implement measures to increase customer satisfaction. **Main Responsibilities**:

- Management and further development of the service departments.
- Training and induction of new consultants and creation of clear career plans.
- Responsibility for the development and implementation of escalation processes.
- Close cooperation with product management
- Ensuring a high standard of quality in customer advice and support.
- Responsibility for the development and implementation of measures to increase customer satisfaction.

**Your Qualifications**:

- Relevant experience in management and personnel leadership, ideally in the logistics and/or software environment.
- Experience in legal, especially in contract law and in conducting negotiations.
- Strong negotiation, communication and presentation skills as well as the ability to deal confidently and empathetically with employees and customers.
- Convincing personality with assertiveness and the ability to create sustainable added value for the company.
- Independent, proactive working style that is nevertheless team-oriented.
- Understanding of how to use AI in combination with other tools (Jira, Confluence, BI) and good reporting skills.
- Fluency in English and German.
- Willingness to travel frequently between the different office locations and markets.
