**_Customer Service Partner / Kundenbetreuer (M/W/D) _**

Als Customer Service Partner sind Sie der direkte Ansprechpartner für unsere Kunden aus aller Welt. CSC verwaltet mehr als 4,5 Millionen Domainnamen global. Die Aufgabe unseres neuen Teammitglieds wird es sein, in enger Zusammenarbeit mit einem festen Kundenstamm deren Portfolio von Domainnamen zu betreuen und diese Beziehungen zu pflegen und zu stärken. Aber vor allem werden Sie Teil eines globalen Unternehmens, das unsere Kunden und Kollegen weltweit unterstützt.

**Das bringen Sie mit**:

- Eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbilding oder ein abgeschlossenes Studium oder Berufserfahrung in einem ähnlichen Bereich
- Ausgeprägte positive Kunden
- und Serviceorientierung
- Verhandlungssicheres Deutsch und gute Englischkenntnisse
- Kommunikationsstärke und hohe Teamkompetenz
- Gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse, vor allem Word und Excel
- Affinität für selbständiges Arbeiten, sowie für Teamarbeit
- Detailgenauigkeit und Problemlösekompetenz
- Koordination und Management Ihres Aufgabenbereiches

**Ihre Aufgaben**:

- Pflegen und Stärken von vertrauensvollen Kundenbeziehungen
- Betreuung eines festen Kundenportfolios im Bereich Online-Markenschutz / Domain Management
- Bearbeitung von Kundenanfragen sowie Telefon und Chat Support
- Informationen über industrieinterne Richtlinien und neue Leistungsangebote
- Recherche und Analyse von Portfoliodaten
- Online Kundentraining
