**Your areas of responsibilities**:
- Assist senior analysts in evaluating potential real estate investments and conducting market research and analysis
- Administrate and maintain Real Estate Portfolio Database including contract management
- Gather and analyze data on property performance, market trends, and industry conditions
- Assist with financial modeling and forecasting to assess investment performance
- Prepare investment memos, presentations, and reports for senior management
- Assist with due diligence activities such as property inspections and environmental assessments
- Supporting Real Estates audits
- Provide support in negotiations with property owners, tenants, and other stakeholders
- Maintain a comprehensive database of all properties under consideration or management
**Your profile of qualification**:
- Bachelor's degree in architecture, real estate, finance, business, or a related field
- Completed apprenticeship, or 1-2 years of experience in real estate investment, development, or asset management
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in financial modeling and Excel
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Familiarity with real estate laws, regulations, and compliance issues
- Fluent in German and English
