Your seat to fill: Manage HR relevant topics related to the employee lifecycle—hires, changes, exits—while keeping everything compliant and smooth Dive into business data and trends to offer insights and smart, data-driven HR recommendations Be a go-to sparring partner for our leaders—offering guidance, feedback, and support on HR matters Work closely with internal stakeholders like our General Managers and Sales Area Managers from around the world Partner up with our HR specialists (payroll, recruitment, etc.) to roll out company-wide initiatives and programs Keep an eye on compliance and policies while being a helpful point of contact for employees with HR questions Get involved in rolling out global HR projects and initiatives that shape the future of how we work Your stroll to CYBEX: A degree in HR, Business, or a similar field Previous experience in HR Business Partnering, ideally supporting international sales or commercial teams. You know your way around HR practices across multiple countries You’re great at explaining things simply and building strong relationships You have a solid grasp of international labor laws and how they apply in real situations You’re confident influencing without having formal authority—and people trust your advice Integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality are second nature to you Fluent in English and German—any extra languages are a bonus CYBEX operates globally and has employees from copious nations.
