Your seat to fill: Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for different roles Create and post job ads on platforms that attract suitable talents Organize and conduct interviews, manage calendars, and make sure everything runs smoothly Be the go-to person for candidates, making their experience great from start to finish Work closely with HR Business Partners and hiring managers to find the perfect match Keep our applicant tracking system HRIS (SAP SuccessFactors) up to date and organized Prepare reports on hiring progress and recruitment metrics Your stroll to CYBEX: A degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or something similar First experiences in HR or recruiting – internships or student jobs totally count Familiarity with tools like LinkedIn Recruiter or Success Factors is a plus You’re a strong communicator, organized, and detail-oriented Integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality are second nature to you You enjoy working with different teams and want to make a real impact Fluent in German and English — any extra languages are a bonus CYBEX operates globally and has employees from copious nations.
