As part of our ESG Projects Consulting Team, you will help us lead the charge in driving environmental and social responsibility within our photovoltaic (PV) projects. Your role will involve developing and implementing robust ESG strategies, ensuring compliance with international regulations, and providing expert guidance on environmental and social topics. **Your Job**:

- Spearhead the development and implementation of ESG strategies and policies for projects, ensuring alignment with international guidelines and industry-specific requirements.
- Oversee compliance with environmental and social regulations, conducting thorough assessments of project sites to identify risks and opportunities, and providing recommendations for mitigation measures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate ESG requirements into projects.
- Provide expert advice on environmental and social impact assessments, due diligence and other studies, coordinating consultancy work and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
- Support the development of project strategies to achieve ib vogt's goal of becoming net zero and contribute to initiatives aimed at fostering biodiversity management.
- Monitor and report on ESG performance indicators, conducting site visits and driving continuous improvement through innovative solutions and technologies.

**Your profile**:

- Hold a master’s degree in environmental science, social science, sustainability, natural resources, or related disciplines, with additional certifications in ESG, sustainability, or project management preferred.
- Possess in-depth knowledge of EU and international environmental and social requirements, including IFC Performance Standards, ILO Conventions, and Equator Principles. Knowledge of OHS/EHS standards is a plus.
- Demonstrate proven experience in ESG project consulting, particularly in the development of utility-scale solar PV plants.
- Have a strong understanding of ESG frameworks, impact assessment methodologies, and their integration into action plans.
- Demonstrate experience in financing processes with national, regional or international financial institutions, other transactions will be an advantage.
- Exhibit exceptional project management abilities with excellent communication and presentation skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Embody a passion for sustainable development, renewable energy, and driving positive environmental and social impact through projects.
- English proficiency is required; knowledge of another language will be an advantage.
