Your Tasks:

We are looking for a team leader to develop and implement the global workforce management strategy for IONOS. Together with your international team you are responsible to guarantee an efficient resource utilization and operational excellence in our Customer Service. For this you work with key stakeholders to understand business needs and drive continuous improvements.
Your tasks include:

- Being responsible for workforce planning models including scheduling, prediction and real-time intraday management as well as incident management with root cause analytics.
- Ensuring compliance with labor regulations, company policies and contractual agreements related to workforce management.
- Leading an international team based in multiple countries by providing feedback and guidance and providing a productive work environment.
- Staying up to date on best practices and emerging trends to drive continuous improvement of our own processes.
- Developing and maintaining accurate workforce reportings to provide valuable insights for others.

We Appreciate:

Besides a college degree in business administration or any other related field, you have substantial experience in Workforce Management or similar roles. Furthermore you have the following skills.
- Strong leadership skills with at least two years experience as a team lead.
- In-depth knowledge of Workforce Management principles and methodologies as well as tools and scheduling systems.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex data and make data-driven decisions.
- Good communication and project management skills to work with stakeholders on all company levels.
- Knowledge of labor regulations and compliance requirements related to Workforce Manage is preferred.
