**What part will you play?**

As the Head of Quality Management, you will be part of the Management Team, leading the global quality organization for the Electronic Factory Network of Siemens Digital Industries organization. Here are some key tasks & responsibilities:

- You will lead national / international QM/SQM-networks and communities and you will enhance the culture of quality management and supplier quality of our plants.
- To guide and lead the organization in all quality aspects with focus on sustainable optimization of quality performance and achieving high customer satisfaction.
- You will analyze and synthesize site Q performance results to initiate and coordinate quality initiatives to improve quality performance.
- In line with the business strategy, you will set and implement the overarching Quality mission and strategy.
- Moreover, you push best practices sharing and lessons learned, establish a Q-network to empower and exchange QM experience within organization.
- You drive and support Digitalization in Product Quality and -Processes by automation as well as implementation of Data Analytics.
- You coordinate specific quality topics in the function of SQM and plant quality.
- You support our efforts in developing and implementing sustainable practices that align with our commitment to social responsibility and environmental stewardship.

**What you need to make real what matters.**
- You hold a Bachelor, Master, or PhD in Electrical Engineering or similar.
- You will convince us with several years’ work experience in managing manufacturing processes, or as a Quality Manager on site.
- You have leadership experience and come with an agile mindset, agile leadership practices and roles that we need for team build-up and for leading a high-performance Teams.
- your role as a leader you lead by example, empower the team to pave the way for a constant improvement with passion and are eager to learn.
- You are a true believer of open communications, feedback and learning culture and drive topics proactively to success.
- You have excellent communication, presentation, and professional networking skills.
- You are highly intercultural sensitive and able to work with teams and stakeholders around the globe.
- Furthermore, you show high responsibility for Environment, Health, and Safety.
- Highly customer-oriented thinking: you always seek for optimal solutions and want to optimize the outcome in terms of quality, cost, and time with the customer in mind.
- The head of Quality Management is part of the leadership team and as such must be able to interact with management at all levels in different countries.
