Your tasks We are looking for you, a Head of Quality - Executive (M/F/diverse), to support our area Safety and Motion at the location Rheinböllen. Your tasks will focus on the following activities: - Planning quality with a strong focus on serial brake production and autonomous mobile robots (AMR) ramp-up - Driving transformational and organizational changes - Leading transformation and restructuring to ensure high quality automotive standards in serial brake production and to ensure support AMR ramp-up with adaption of standards and frameworks according non-automotive industry - Building, developing and coaching of a diverse team - Ensuring efficient communication with stakeholders (e.g. senior managemnt, working council) and functions to enable transformation - Driving Integration of the Continental / Automotive / Segments Quality Strategy throughout the plant organization to achieve the Quality Vision and to promote Quality First - Translating "Voice Of Customer" throughout the plant organization and relevant stakeholders - Coordinating quality competency management across the plant including onboarding quality culture orientation - Driving Supplier Quality Management in the plant - Ensuring consistent implementation, maintenance and execution of Quality Management System per agreed external and Internal requirements **Profile**: - Academic degree in Engineering, Business Administration or a comparable qualification - Experiences in quality and manufacturing fields - Experiences in leading and driving transformation - Long-term leadership experience with various teams - Certifications in quality management systems desirable - Project management skills, tools and techniques - Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively in German and English with all stakeholders - Strong personal and social skills and competencies (teamwork, people development, conflict management, open-mindness, networking, resilience) Applications from severely handicapped people are welcome. **Offer**: We want our employees to do well with us.
