Ein renommierter Full-Service-Dienstleister in der pharmazeutischen Industrie mit einem internationalen Netzwerk in Europa und den USA, spezialisiert auf die Entwicklung und Produktion von pharmazeutischen Wirkstoffen und Arzneimitteln, sucht am Standort Frankfurt am Main einen Head of Quality & Compliance (m/w/d) für den Bereich "Organische Synthese / Peptidsynthese". Aufgaben - Konzeption und Implementierung eines Qualitätssicherungssystems nach cGMP (ICH Q7) für die am Standort durchgeführten Tätigkeiten (Produktion und Analytik) - Verantwortung für den Bereich Qualitätssicherung im Rahmen der chemisch-synthetischen Herstellung von Peptidwirkstoffen für klinische Phase I und Phase II am Standort Frankfurt - Zusammenarbeit mit der globalen Einheit (Corporate Compliance) sowie Umsetzung standortübergreifender Vorgaben - Proaktiver Dialog mit den zuständigen Behörden und Übernahme der Anforderungen in das Ausbauprojekt - Im Rahmen der Linienfunktion agieren als Koordinator von SHE-Angelegenheiten; die rechtliche Verantwortung für den Arbeitsschutz obliegt der Geschäftsleitung und den Führungskräften - Vorbereitung, Begleitung und Nachbereitung der Behördeninspektionen und Kundenaudits - Durchführung von Schulungen für Mitarbeiter im Bereich GMP und Q-System Qualifikation - Abgeschlossenes naturwissenschaftliches oder technisches Studium - Status als Qualifizierte Person (QP) nach - 14 AMG ist ein Plus - Mehrjährige Erfahrung ( >8 Jahre) im Bereich Qualitätsmanagement / Qualitätssicherung in der pharmazeutischen Industrie (GMP) - Strukturierte und gewissenhafte Arbeitsweise, Organisationstalent, Selbstständigkeit, Belastbarkeit - Erfahrung in Konzeption und Neuaufbau eines Qualitätssystems - Kenntnisse der aktuellen Anforderungen zur Datenintegrität - Kundenorientiertes Denken, Teamfähigkeit, schnelle Auffassungsgabe - Zuverlässige, exakte und termintreue Arbeitsweise, ausgeprägtes Qualitäts - und Hygienebewusstsein - Kenntnisse im Bereich der Umwelt-, Gesundheits - und Arbeitsschutz wünschenswert - Motivation, sich in neue Themen einzuarbeiten und Flexibilität - Sicherer Umgang mit den gängigen Software-Programmen von MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio), ERP-Systeme (z. B.
