Vention is the 1st digital manufacturing platform dedicated to machine design. Vention works with flagship manufacturing companies across the world, empowering their engineers to design, order and assemble industrial equipment as fast as 3 days.

Vention is looking for our very first Assembly Specialist (M/F/d) for our Berlin Warehouse to support the warehouse team. Reporting to the Fulfillment manager, you will be responsible for assembling Vention parts, inspecting and ensuring the quality of the parts.

Tasks
- You as an assembly specialist (M/F/d) will assemble simple to complex parts designed by our hardware team (enclosures, actuators, bearings) and follow the instructions provided by the hardware team to ensure the correct assembly of parts that will be delivered to our customers
- You will follow guidelines to ensure conformity and high quality of products for the best possible customer experience.
- You will perform quality inspection and serialized part inspections

You will document and report through internal multiple platforms and to your manager to overcome any roadblocks to your work
- You ensure that internal platforms are consistently updated with relevant details (assembler name, inspector name, recorded issues, serial numbers).
- You proactively follow an assembly schedule dictated by the expectation set within the customer's orders

**Requirements**:

- You have strong communication in English
- You bring 1+ years experience in general assembly work/specialized training or you have a relevant school background
- You have good communication skills and are at ease presenting information
- You showed the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with high energy and enthusiasm
