For our PD Services Team in Berlin we are looking for a **Application Specialist in the Energy Sector (f/m/x)**: **What's it all about?**: - you use your first-hand expertise and on-site experience to drive and support the project realization - you ensure a smooth solution implementation covering all phases from: planning, picking, assembly, shipment, installation and commissioning of the system for international customers - you are the primary contact for our customers regarding their monitoring system project - you support our international sales team with tender support, customer visits and trainings - you will carry out customer services related to diagnostics, trending and monitoring of high voltage equipment, with a special focus on partial discharge measurements - you support our customers with monitoring data evaluation and preparation of periodic summary reports on the status of the customer assets providing recommendations - you develop technical expertise regarding PD measurements - you support our product management and your ideas deriving from your service experience will improve our products and will lead to new innovative solutions ***What are we looking for?**: - you have hands on experience with electrical equipment in the medium and high voltage sector and are also familiar with its maintenance - you are neither afraid of dirt and tools nor of power-point meetings - you have experience in work coordination combined with a hands-on attitude - you possess a founded knowledge in electrical engineering and are willing to specialize in new topics - you are looking for the possibility to take on new responsibilities by coordinating our PD solution installations at customer sites and by analysing and solving customer requests - you have a very good knowledge of English and German - communication and organizational skills are among your strengths - team spirit is not just a phrase for you - you are flexible, and would enjoy travelling to other countries (up to 40% travelling) - you have several years of work experience in the high voltage energy sector - ideally as executing role - having finished your electrical apprenticeship, best with continuing education as technician or successfully completed your graduate education in electronics / electrical engineering with a focus on high voltage engineering ***What makes us a great place to work?**: - A unique organizational culture based on trust, personal freedom and individual responsibility - A work environment with a strong focus on sustainability, diversity and flexible time management - State-of-the-art infrastructure and professional teams who enjoy their work - A creative and international environment in which innovative ideas are valued - A free lunch and many other benefits for your work/life balance **OMICRON Energy Solutions GmbH** Human Resources, Cordula Böhmer Phone: +49 30 3116098 5147 Lorenzweg 5, 12099 Berlin
