Business Controller

We are looking for a new member for our business controlling team. Here, you create financial transparency and provide decision-making support for management, as well as educate and strengthen the financial understanding of your business units, to enable better financial results.

**Your role**:

- You act as a business partner for the department heads and support them in efficiently managing their resources and keeping an eye on their targets in order to achieve flaconi's overall goals derived from the strategy
- Moreover, you will be responsible for the financial reporting of the business units, supporting them in their planning and interacting with Accounting, People and Culture, and other key stakeholders
- Additionally, you will take ownership of projects and manage work streams independently
- You challenge the status quo in a dynamic environment, develop controlling and financial processes and tools, and drive improvement initiatives
- You conduct in-depth analysis and respective follow-ups with your business units regarding cost and revenue drivers

**Your profile**:

- Educational background in Finance, Economics, Statistics, Business Administration or similar
- At least 3 years of professional experience in Business Controlling and Partnering, and basic knowledge in Accounting
- Fluent in English and German, both written and spoken, paired with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical skills to deliver excellent data-driven performance
- You are able to understand the underlying process from data source to financial results and how tools can be optimized to leverage more data
- A self-motivated and results-oriented person, enjoying working independently and not afraid to make a difference

**What we offer you**:

- **Full transparency**:For this role, we have a salary band between 52,500€ and 63,000€ gross per year for a mid-level position, and between 63,000€ and 75,000€ gross per year for a senior position. The salary that we will offer you will always be within this span and is based on the skills that you show during the recruitment process.
