**Das bringen sie mit**:

- Sie verfügen über ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes betriebswissenschaftliches, psychologisches oder juristisches Studium.
- Sie bringen mehrjährige Erfahrung aus dem Learning & Development-Bereich und mindestens vier Jahre Führungserfahrung mit, vorzugsweise in einem international agierenden Unternehmen mit partnerschaftlicher Organisation oder vergleichbaren Strukturen.
- Sie haben Erfahrung in der Konzeption, Durchführung und Auswertung von Bildungsbedarfsanalysen sowie in der Konzeption und Erstellung von Weiterbildungsmaßnahmen.
- Idealerweise haben Sie eine Trainerausbildung und konnten bereits Erfahrungen in der Durchführung von Trainings und Workshops sammeln.
- Sie zeichnet eine hohe Dienstleistungsbereitschaft, Verbindlichkeit und Durchsetzungsstärke aus.
- Sie sind kommunikationsstark, ein herausragendes Organisationstalent und ein echter Teamplayer (w/m/d).
- Sie haben sehr gute Kenntnisse in den MS Office Anwendungen.
- Ihr Englisch ist sicher in Wort und Schrift.

**ihre Aufgaben**:

- Sie reviewen, optimieren und entwickeln unser Inhouse-entwickeltes Karrieremodell für unsere Anwälte und Anwältinnen stetig weiter.
- Die Planung, Organisation, Evaluierung und das Reporting unterschiedlicher bestehender Weiterbildungsformate sowie die Überwachung des Learning & Development Budgets gehören in Ihren Aufgabenbereich.
- Sie sind für die Entwicklung eines Kompetenz-/ und Karrieremodells für unsere Business Services und Office Services Mitarbeitenden verantwortlich, insbesondere mit Fokus auf Führungskräfteentwicklung.
- Sie führen das vierköpfige Learning & Development-Team sowohl fachlich als auch disziplinarisch.
- Sie erheben und analysieren den Entwicklungsbedarf aller Mitarbeitenden und erstellen anhand dieser Ergebnisse passgenaue Trainings
- und Entwicklungskonzepte.
- Die Durchführung von individuellen Trainings, Workshops und Webinaren ist ebenfalls Bestandteil Ihrer Tätigkeit.
