Im Rahmen einer Zentralisierung werden in einer Holding-Struktur "Central Functions" gebildet, die auch die Schaffung eines Head of Learning & Development (w/m/d) beinhaltet. In einer komplett neu geschaffenen Position soll erstmalig eine einheitliche, für alle Gesellschaften geltende, Gesamtstrategie entwickelt und umgesetzt werden. Die Rolle ist vor allem durch einen konzeptionell, strategischen Ansatz geprägt. Arbeitsort ist Berlin. Fakten - Referenznummer BRG1-15921 - Ort Berlin Aufgabengebiet - Entwicklung und Management der gesamten Lern - und Performance Management-Strategie für die gesamte Unternehmensgruppe - Verantwortlich für die globale Strategie zur Entwicklung von Führungskräften und die Umsetzung des Programms zur Entwicklung von Führungskräften, um die Weiterentwicklung und die Leistungsfähigkeit der Führungskräfte zu fördern - Konzeption und Umsetzung umfassender Schulungsprogramme, die den verschiedenen Lernbedürfnissen gerecht werden und dabei die Ziele, das Budget und die Ressourcen berücksichtigen - Steuerung der Lerntechnologieinfrastruktur (E-Learning-Plattform), um eine effiziente und effektive Bereitstellung von Schulungsprogrammen und Ressourcen für die Mitarbeiter zu gewährleisten - Konsolidierung und Angleichung der Schulungspläne, um einen koordinierten und ganzheitlichen Ansatz für eine ganzheitliche Mitarbeiterentwicklung zu realisieren - Zusammenarbeit mit den HR Business Partnern, um sicherzustellen, dass die Lern - und Karrieremanagementinitiativen mit den Unternehmenszielen übereinstimmen - Verantwortlich für alle Schulungsangebote, einschließlich der Koordination mit internen und externen Trainern, Terminplanung und Ressourcenzuweisung - Erfassung und Bewertung des Ausbildungs - und Entwicklungsbedarfe, um relevante und gezielte Lernmöglichkeiten sicherzustellen Anforderungsprofil - Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium, vorzugsweise mit Schwerpunkt Personalentwicklung/Erwachsenenbildung oder vergleichbare Ausbildung - Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Personal - und Organisationsentwicklung auf konzeptioneller und strategischer Ebene - Erfahrung in der Führung eines Teams aus funktionaler und disziplinarischer Sicht - Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und Erfahrung im Umgang mit einer Vielzahl von Interessengruppen innerhalb und außerhalb einer Organisation - Sicherer Umgang mit digitalen Tools zur Gestaltung digitaler Lern - und Trainingsprozesse in Aus - und Weiterbildung - Hohe Kommunikationsstärke sowie eine zielgruppen - und kundenorientierte Denk - und Arbeitsweise - Verhandlungssichere Deutsch - und fließende Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift Kontakt
