located at our office in Ditzingen close to Stuttgart

You are happy to take on this responsibility:
As Head of Project Procurement (M/F/d) you will be responsible for the Project Procurement team both professionally and disciplinary. In addition, you will ensure the development of employees, ensure competitiveness, develop strategies and organize the exchange of knowledge within the team.

This also includes the following tasks:
- As a leader in the role as the Head of Project Procurement, you are responsible for the development of and compliance with procurement rules- You develop strategies regarding project purchasing in a global and international context- In addition, you will ensure the competitiveness of your team, develop your employees, provide support in the event of problems and ensure the expansion and development of supplier relationships- You will also be responsible for sharing knowledge and promoting and passing on best practices, know-how and expertise- You will also be responsible for reporting to the GBU, tracking procurement performance and assessing competitiveness

This is what you bring to the table:
- You have a university degree in Business Administration or a relating degree- Your English and German skills are on a fluent level- Furthermore, you are an experienced leader and already had the responsibility for a team ideally with more than 5 years of experience- You characterize yourself as an analyzing, organized and communicative person- In a stressful and challenging environment, you are able to stay focused and prioritize tasks as well as organize your team- You are a forward thinking, have commercial acumen and are a curios person which is available for business travels
