**Your assignments**:
**RESPONSIBILITES**:

- Assists in the development, implementation, and administration of compensation programs.
- Administers compensation programs and regular processes.
- Reviews changes in wages and salaries for conformance to policy.
- Ensures alignment and proactively collaborate within the broader Total Rewards team.
- Communicates, trains, and provides guidance and tools to in-scope HR to help support business managers.
- Conducts compensation analysis as required utilizing existing tools.
- Identifies HR and business client compensation needs and issues: assists in enhancing and/or designing of programs to address them.
- Conducts job evaluations and benchmark studies to ensure pay levels are externally competitive and internally equitable.
- Implements and manages incentive schemes according to the requirements in the area of responsibility.
- Reviews internal compensation adjustments and external offers to prospective new hires for internal equity and recommends appropriate compensation levels.
- Compiles and analyses salary surveys and obtains comprehensive market data to market price the positions and compare internally to company positions. Recommends new position pay levels and/or geographic differentials based on conclusions made from compiled research.
- Explains, provides compensation guidelines to internal stakeholders to support them in the compensation area of responsibility.
- May escalate issues to supervisor/manager for resolution, as deemed necessary.
- Mentors other staff as applicable.
- Assists with various projects as assigned by a direct supervisor.
- Other duties as assigned

**Your profile**:
**DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Bachelor’s Degree; Advanced Degree in related field of studies (e.g., business administration, Human Resources, Economics, Finance or Similar Area).
- Several years’ relevant experience in HR function with focus on compensation and benefits.
- Profound knowledge of C&B policy, procedures and regulation
- Good understanding of specific requirements related to compensation & benefits landscape in Europe, Middle East and Africa region
- Excellent Good Healthcare Industry understanding
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Communication and collaboration skills
- Intercultural skills
- Achievement oriented (especially focused on continuous improvement)
- Follow through-attitude
- Understand and use modern communication software and systems
- Strong IT user knowledge (MS Office, Teams, Intranet etc.)
