**Your tasks**:

- ** Stakeholder collaboration**:Developing joint business and user goals with partners.
- ** User research**: Analysis of user behaviour and needs using various research methods such as interviews, field studies, surveys, A/B tests, digital experience monitoring and usability tests.
- ** Design and prototyping**:Creation and communication of design ideas to solve user problems.
- ** Feedback management**:Managing user feedback for continuous improvement and knowledge transfer.

**Your skillset**:

- You have a bachelor's degree in business administration, product design or a similar design discipline or equivalent education or experience
- You have 3-5 years of experience as a UI/UX designer.
- You are proficient in UX design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD and InVision.
- You have in-depth knowledge of at least one of the following design disciplines Interaction Design, User Interface Design, Information Design or Graphic Design.
- You are able to translate complex concepts into design requirements and concepts.
- You have experience with methods and techniques of user research, such as usability tests and contextual investigations, as well as the implementation of user acceptance tests.
- You can communicate complex technical information verbally and in writing to various stakeholders.
- You have a basic understanding of agile development methods.
- You speak German at an advanced level (at least B2 level) and fluent English.
