Unser Finance-Team ist ein zentraler Bestandteil unseres Unternehmenserfolgs. Hier kümmern wir uns um die finanzwirtschaftliche Steuerung des Unternehmens, indem wir unsere Finanz
- und Leistungsströme steuern, überwachen und analysieren.

**Was dich bei uns erwartet**:

- Disziplinarische und fachliche Führung des Accounts Receivables Teams
- Betreuung und Unterstützung sämtlicher Abläufe in der Debitorenbuchhaltung
- Ansprechpartner bei finanziellen Fragestellungen und Schnittstelle zu den anderen Fachabteilungen
- Koordination des Forderungsmanagement und Sicherstellung der fristgerechten Zahlung seitens der Debitoren
- Erstellung von Reportings und Auswertungen
- Verantwortung für die Steuerung und Optimierung der bestehenden Prozesse
- Direktes Reporting an den CFO

Dein Profil
- Du hast eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, wirtschaftswissenschaftliches Studium oder vergleichbare Qualifikation (wie bspw. Bilanzbuchhalter IHK)
- Du besitzt fundierte Kenntnisse im Bereich der Debitorenbuchhaltung
- Du konntest bereits erste Führungserfahrung sammeln und bist dir aber auch nicht zu schade, mit “anzupacken”
- Du bringst eine gewisse IT-Affinität sowie ein gutes Verständnis für (digitale) Prozesse mit und liebst es, in Daten und Zahlen zu wühlen
- Sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Vorzugsweise hast du erste Erfahrungen mit einem ERP-System (beispielsweise Business Central)
