To support our Accounting Team at our headquarters in Berlin , we are looking for you - an ambitious Accounts Receivable Accountant (m/f/d). We are also very happy to consider applications for the positions of bookkeeper / accountant and certified accountant. YOUR JOB You invoice accounts receivable. You book and process incoming payments and chargebacks. You are responsible for carrying out account reconciliations and surgical care. You will handle disputes concerning payments made via credit card, PayPal, and other online payment services. The dunning process is part of your responsibilities. You will work with external service providers in receivables management (debt collection) as well as internal teams such as sales and reservations. YOUR PROFILE You have completed commercial training. You have initial professional experience in the field of accounts receivable. You have very good German and good English skills, both spoken and written. You have good knowledge of MS Office and other ERP applications. You demonstrate an independent, structured and committed work ethic as well as teamwork skills. Reliability and honesty are a matter of course for you.
