The Role
We're looking for an
Accounts Receivable Specialist
to join our finance team in Berlin. This is a hands-on role with clear ownership of the end-to-end AR process, working closely with internal stakeholders and external customers in an international environment.
You'll play a key role in ensuring timely and accurate invoicing, collections, and cash application, while maintaining high data quality and supporting month-end close activities.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-end ownership of
Accounts Receivable - Customer invoicing and billing accuracy
- Monitoring open receivables and managing collections
- Cash application and account reconciliations
- Handling customer queries and resolving discrepancies
- Supporting month-end and year-end close activities
- Maintaining AR master data and documentation
- Working closely with Accounting, Finance, and Commercial teams
Requirements
- Proven experience in an
Accounts Receivable
or similar accounting role - NetSuite experience is a must
- Fluent in both German and English
(spoken and written) - Strong understanding of AR processes and reconciliations
- High attention to detail and structured way of working
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, international environment
- Willing and able to work
on site in Berlin 3 days per week
