MacGregor’s Global Services Division is looking for a Order Fulfillment Handler to provide customer service for the lifecycle of the marine and offshore spare parts business.

This position is based in MacGregor’s office in Hamburg/Bremerhaven and involves contact with various stakeholders from around the world and working with SAP

**Main tasks and responsibilities**:

- Coordinating and handling the order from the creation of Order Confirmation, through monitoring the delivery to the customer until it is invoiced
- Coordinating optimal workflow level as well as engaging your fellow team members
- Cooperating closely with our clients around the world and also GSC teams (Quotation, Purchasing, Logistic and Invoicing)
- Creating reports based on SAP data and analysing them
- Proactively identifying areas for improvement
- analyzing risks & opportunities and proposing improvement solutions and reporting them to Team Leader.

**What you’ll need to succeed**:
We are looking for a professional with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, service-orientation mind and attitude.

Ideally you have:

- At least 2 years of experience in similar position
- Experience in working in maritime companies with strong focus on Customer Care will be an asset
- University degree (Bachelor, Master's or other)
- Knowledge and experience in working with SAP and Google Suite
- Good command of Excel/Google Sheets
- Fluent English language, written and spoken.
