For Hamburg Headquarters we are recruiting a**Senior Buyer (M/F/d) Perfume & Cosmetics**

Your new job includes
- As a Senior Buyer (M/F/d) Perfume and Cosmetics, you will ensure long-term, partnership-based relationships with the suppliers and brands you are responsible for and ensure market-driven product ranges and optimal conditions in order to delight our customers.
- In particular, you will- define, manage and take responsibility for the strategic direction of the national and international suppliers and brands you support
- analyze the suppliers and brands in terms of strategic importance, growth and margin perspectives as well as on the basis of further defined KPI's and derive recommendations for action
- negotiate independently with our suppliers on conditions and distribution rights for the respective brands and optimize supplier structures in terms of costs, quality and performance over the long term
- design assortments and carry out the operational assortment process
- cooperate in a trusting manner with our national and international sales departments, subsidiaries and our fulfillment and logistics department
- use leeway in a goal-oriented manner and explore new avenues together with us in order to further develop your portfolio of suppliers and brands
- cooperate with strategic purchasing and support them in projects

What you should bring along
- A successfully completed degree in economics or a completed apprenticeship as well as several years of professional experience in purchasing, product management or category management with international retail companies, the consumer goods industry or luxury goods industry
- Confidence in using MS Office and ideally SAP
- Business fluent in German and English (written and spoken)
- Experience and assertiveness in negotiations with demanding counterparts
- A cool head even in busy situations, a quick perception, diligence and a consistent focus on your goals
- An open and appreciative attitude towards your colleagues, which is particularly important to us as an internationally active family company
