Remote Sales Representative Strictly Commission Based

We’re expanding and looking for an experienced, results-driven **Commission-Based Sales Representative** to help us close more high-value contracts. If you know how to identify real business needs, present smart solutions, align with the client's brand personality and expectations, and convert prospects into paying clients**:We want you on board.**
**Your Role**
- Discover, research and qualify new leads (companies, founders, DTC brands, FMCG clients, etc.)
- Run discovery calls / approach your network and pitch BVR’s Creative Lodge services
- Collaborate with our creative director to shape proposals that match client needs
- You own the deal from first pitch to signed contract and you get paid as soon as the client makes their advance payment
**What You’ll Be Selling**
You’ll pitch and close creative service packages including:
- Branding & visual identity systems (contracts starting at €10,000 and reaching over €100.000 gross income)
- Packaging design services for product-based businesses (€2,500-€10,000+ gross income)
- Digital content design retainers for social media
- Recurrent Creative DTP Services
- Campaign visuals, pitch decks, brand strategy workshops
- UI Web/App Design Services
We provide detailed **sales materials**, portfolio decks, objection handling guide, and pricing frameworks to support your outreach.
**Commission Structure**
- Typical project value: €10,000-€100,000+
- **Earn 10%-20%** per closed project, based on sales experience (Entry/Mid/Senior Level) and involvement
- 3-month consistent performance closers are eligible for a **retainer + commission hybrid** **role**
**Who You Are**
- Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in branding, design, or marketing services
- Strong communicator and negotiator
- Fluent in English and German (French and/or Spanish is a big plus)
- Highly independent, self-motivated, and persistent
- You understand creative value and can translate it into business terms
