Job Title: Commission-Based Sales Representative

**Job Type**: Freelance

**Salary**: 15% commission for every successful deal closed

Location: Remote

Our marketing agency is seeking a motivated and experienced commission-based sales representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for bringing in new clients and closing deals for our marketing services. As a commission-based sales representative, you will be paid 15% of every successful deal you close.

**Responsibilities**:
Generate leads and bring in new clients for our marketing agency
Communicate with potential clients to understand their needs and requirements
Present our marketing services to potential clients in a professional and persuasive manner
Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients
Follow up with potential clients to ensure a successful deal closure

**Requirements**:
Proven experience as a commission-based sales representative in a marketing or advertising agency
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Strong customer service skills
Ability to work independently and remotely
Strong sales skills and a track record of closing deals

**Job Types**: Contract, Commission
Contract length: 12 months
