We are looking for a driven* Chief of Staff - US (M/F/d)* to build up and lead our GTM, sales and growth efforts in the US.
The Chief of Staff position is a unique opportunity to join Appinio in the next phase of growth with tremendous personal growth opportunity and entrepreneurial freedom. You will define, drive and execute Appinio’s US GTM, Sales efforts and Strategy. Our US expansion is a pivotal moment for Appinio - and we need exceptional people like helping us succeed.

**YOUR TASKS**
- As one of the first hires hires on the ground you will found Appinio a second time - start building up Appinio’s US efforts from scratch, build up demand generation, close first customers and further develop our GTM strategy
- You keep local resources informed of new tools, processes and policies implemented at HQ level with direct or indirect impacts on their day-to-day work duties
- You will identify new business opportunities for the company and nurture relationships with partners, advisors and the ecosystem.
- You will own several cross-functional projects, from strengthening demand generation to setting up nationwide marketing campaigns
- You will be the voice of the US customer, keeping your ears close to the ground on customer pain points, competitive movements and expansion opportunities.
- You will identify obstacles to growth and use internal resources and external networks to remove them

**YOUR PROFILE**
- You have 3 to 6 years of experience, preferably a combination of a strategic or operational role at a high growth startup and 1-2 years in private equity, investment banking or strategy consulting
- You have a hands-on attitude and thrive in a fast-paced environment, not shying away from juggling multiple projects at once
- You are a result-oriented person that loves to sell and doesn’t take “no” for an answer
- You have strong organizational skills with effective prioritization and ability to work independently
- You are modest and excellent at building collaborative relationships at all levels within an organization
- You have strong analytical skills and are confident with making decisions based on data
- You have a high energy personality, and love to build things from scratch
