Your mission
As a former entrepreneur yourself, founder's associate or VC/PE, you understand the excitement and challenges of balancing growth and culture. As our Chief of Staff you will play a vital role in paving the way for plancraft to become Europe’s number one contractor OS. You will be a driver of growth by helping to set and communicate targets, hence making sure the successful execution of our vision and mission across all teams. While you are initiating strategic initiatives with the management team, you will be a source of inspiration within our organization and make sure everybody is aligned. This way, we can stay hungry as we are and reach for the stars.
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Growth Enablement and Mindset: drive the development and implementation of growth strategies, foster a culture of continuous improvement and growth mindset across the organization and align teams with the growth objectives.
- Setting Strategic Initiatives and Roadmaps: collaborate with the CEO and executive team to define and prioritize strategic initiatives, develop and maintain strategic roadmaps together with our teams and monitor and report on the progress of strategic initiatives, adjusting as needed.
- Scaling a Culture of Hands-On Work and Aiming High: serve as a liaison between staff and leadership, communicating the company vision and assessing employee well-being with honesty and empathy. Promote a culture of hands-on work, ensuring that all team members are engaged and focused on achieving great goals. Lead by example, demonstrating a down-to-earth approach and high commitment.
- Being a Truffle Pig: you hunt down untapped potentials in our business. Operational excellence is what you are having for breakfast, and you want everyone to have it to, becoming the greatest version of themselves.

**Profile**:
**Qualifications**:

- 2 - 5 years of professional experience with 2+ years in a fast-paced environment and independent role.
- Strong background in SaaS.
- Proven track record of driving strategic initiatives and enabling growth.
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work culture, handle stress and stay focussed despite turbulent surroundings.
- C1 Level in German and English.
