**This position reports to**:
Service Team Leader

**Your responsibilities**:

- In the position of service technician, you will be responsible for identifying faults and malfunctions as well as for the localization of the sources of error
- You will determine and carry out troubleshooting and damage repairs
- You will also prepare damage assessments, analyze weak points and rectify them
- You will also be responsible for determining the technical condition of equipment and systems and advising customers on maintenance
- You will carry out the agreed services of the service orders, correct machining programs, carry out test runs and document them
- In addition, you ensure customer and system data and prepare operation reports

**Your background**:

- We expect:

- successfully completed vocational training in electrical engineering, e.g. as an electronics technician or mechatronics technician
- structured and organized way of working
- independent practitioners
- commitment in dealing with our customers
- good knowledge of the English language
- a high willingness to travel
- analytical thinking skills
- knowledge of robots is an advantage, but not a requirement
- familiar with MS Office, SAP and Sales Force are an advantage
- You will receive
