In Ihrer Rolle als **Technical Lead Blood Module **(m/w/d) sind Sie für ein komplexes Subsystem unserer Produktplattform verantwortlich.

**Ihre Aufgaben**
- End-to-End-Verantwortung für ein Subsystem und dessen Komponenten (technisch, zeitlich und im Bezug auf Budget und Kosten)
- Klärung von Bedürfnissen und Anforderungen
- Definition von Funktionen sowie deren Priorisierung und Design
- Projektleitung von größeren funktionsübergreifenden, interdisziplinären und internationalen Teams
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Produkt
- und Projektmanagement und den Systemarchitekten
- Enge Abstimmung und Zusammenarbeit mit Entwicklungsaktivitäten für angrenzende Produkte mit Schnittstellen zum Subsystem.
- Unterstützung und Identifikation von Therapiesystem-Innovationen
- Initiierung und Koordination von Vorentwicklungsaktivitäten im Bereich der Dialysetherapie, Prozessautomatisierung und Diagnostik
- Abstimmung, Initiation und fachliche Unterstützung von klinischen Studien (medizinisch und nicht-medizinisch)

**Ihre Qualifikationen**
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium in Ingenieurwissenschaften, Wirtschaftsingenieur, Physik, Medizintechnik oder ähnlicher Fachrichtung
- Langjährige Erfahrung im Bereich der Entwicklung von Medizingeräten, vorzugsweise im Bereich Dialyse
- Mehr als 5 Jahren in der Projektleitung von technischen Projekten sowie in der Initiierung, Bewertung und Durchführung von Innovationsprojekten
- Vorzugsweise Erfahrungen im Multiprojektmanagement und dem Umgang mit komplexen Projekten sowie vielen Abhängigkeiten
- Gute regulatorische Kenntnisse im Bereich der Medizinproduktentwicklung und Zulassung sind von Vorteil
- Gute Kenntnisse der Komponenten oder Module innerhalb von Fresenius-Dialysegeräten
- Kenntnisse im Bereich Komponenten-, Produkt
- und Technologieentwicklung
- Kenntnisse in den Bereichen Risikomanagement & Requirement-Engineering
- Sehr hohe Fähigkeiten im Umgang mit Komplexität, dem Management von Abhängigkeiten und dem Arbeiten mit Unsicherheit
- Tiefe technische Expertise in Funktion und Zusammenhängen im Bezug auf Dialysetherapiesystem
- Sehr hohes zwischenmenschliches Geschick auch in der internationalen Zusammenarbeit
- Reisebereitschaft zu anderen Fresenius Medical Care -Standorten und externen Partnern innerhalb Deutschlands und zu internationalen Standorten (ca. 20%)
- Sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
