**For our client, a well-funded B2B SaaS company based in Berlin, we are looking for a Product Team Lead (m/d/w) who can also work completely remotely.**

The company is growing and is looking for motivated self-starters and SaaS enthusiasts to join their globally dispersed team as Product Team Lead (m/d/w). **This is the Job**
- Work with the Head of Product and Lead a team of product managers and UX/UI designers and shape future team building by attracting and retaining the best talent
- Work closely with all stakeholders, management and external partners to accurately understand their needs, define requirements and deploy professionals accordingly
- Develop the product vision and roadmap for the customer experience, aligned with our overall product strategy
- Manage communication around your product vision and progress to a broad audience and ensure a smooth product launch across cross-functional teams

**What you bring to the table**
- Several years of experience in product management, ideally in the area of B2B software products
- Strong leadership skills and experience in managing product development teams
- A user-centric approach and relevant experience with user-centric products
- The ability to bridge the gap between both worlds (customer and product)
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- You are independent and have an entrepreneurial mindset to get things done
- You have excellent German and English skills (written and spoken)
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, economics, business or a relevant field of study
