Team Lead Product Design

We are looking for a Team Lead (all genders) to lead and coach our talented, diverse team of five product designers for our Mobile, Web and Internal product platforms, enabling them to consistently deliver designs for our product

**Your role**:

- You lead and oversee the user experience of a product from conception to launch, in partnership with product managers, engineers, UX researchers and content designers
- You take broad, conceptual ideas and turn them into useful and valuable products for our users on the German and International landscape
- Along with your team, you design end-to-end flows and experiences that are simple and elegant for our supported platforms
- You proactively solicit and provide feedback from designers and a broader product team in order to continually raise our bar for quality
- As part of your Lead responsibilities, you strive to cultivate a healthy design process for the team, and to be a key contributor to your flaconi’s product strategy
- Moreover, you effectively communicate your team's product goals within and outside the team, and connect related products and projects across the company, so that problems or joint decisions can be resolved quickly
- You partner closely with a team of product managers, engineers, content designers, user experience researchers and data scientists to deliver high quality experiences for people across markets, platforms and product surfaces
- You seek understanding and define outcomes and leverage data driven methods to research and design processes

**Your profile**:

- 8+ years of experience in Product Design / UX in the e-Commerce industry, and experience in leading teams
- A servant leadership mindset and a track record of enabling and supporting teams to be agile and able to deliver multinational e-commerce experiences
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate and present complex ideas to different audiences in a simple way. German Skills are a plus
- Strong facilitation skills and a deep understanding of design systems and how to leverage and automate centralized components through multiple sales channels and platforms
- Experience managing multiple, complex work streams across departments
- Working experience with Figma and other product design tools
- High standards for design, detail, and simplicity

- **Full transparency**: For this role, we have a salary band between 70,000€ and 100,000€ gross per year. The salary that we will offer you will always be within this span and is based on the skills that you show during the recruitment process.
