QualiTest group is looking for an In-house Technical Recruiter to join our team in Germany

**Requirements**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
Working closely with management, both pro-actively and reactively, managing all recruitment requirements; from requisition, to search and selection, through to offer management
Pro-actively identifying likely future needs, forecasting and resource planning with the practice sites;
Developing strong working relationships with all internal customers;
Processing a high volume of internal vacancies, ensuring all vacancies are advertised and marketed as appropriate, in order to attract the best talent in the industry;
Focus on continually replenishing talent pools using traditional and social media techniques;
What you bring to the team?
Previous experience of IT recruitment in the German Market - Big PLUS
A genuine interest in Recruitment
Excellent communication skills
Persuasive, with an ability to develop relationships quickly;
Able to manage and prioritise a high volume of vacancies;
Strong influencing and consulting skills;
Data driven
Resourceful and resilient;
Previous experience of building talent pools and growing talent pipelines is a bonus
