Job description

The communications function at Consumer Panel Services GfK has the responsibility of keeping colleagues connected with the latest company news as well as relevant information that will make their jobs easier. One of the pain channels to be able to do this is our intranet. This hosts information such as the latest news, events, town halls, sales collateral and much more. This role will report into the Head of CPS Marketing with the focus of their day to day being around site ownership and management. Being the main interface with all other teams of the organization and devising the right processes for the best use and management of the site.

To support our team, we are looking for a committed working student (M/F/d) as soon as possible who has the following qualities:

- Student (M/F/d) in marketing, communications, business management, advertising, public relations or a similar field
- Motivation & interest in market research (basic knowledge of market research is an advantage)
- Communication skills
- Good copywriting skills
- Visual creative skills
- Very good knowledge of English
- Good German knowledge
- Confident use of Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint and Word)
- Knowledge of SharePoint (SP) is a strong plus

Day to day activities of the role could include:

- Management and design of the SharePoint site
- Support in optimization of intranet structure (how to optimize existing structure, how to structure new pages)
- Content administration (loading & editing)
- Management of access rights / user administration
- Management of new page requests
- Support in set-up of new (sub)-pages
- Management of document libraries
- Working with other functions to ensure business wide access
