Nuremberg | Student intern As a Working Student in Financial Planning & Analysis team you will support the team to conduct internal and external reporting, monitoring of financial and non-financial KPIs, budget planning and business forecasting. You will have an opportunity to enhance your analytical skills and business "storytelling” converting data into actionable information. You will gain insights into a wide range of controlling / financial planning and analysis topics in a dynamic IT company. **Key responsibilities**: - Work with Financial Planning & Analysis team to deliver performance insights for the company management, enabling optimal decision making - Collect and analyse financial and business data from internal and external data sources in order to support reporting, budgeting and forecasting processes - Support the regular reporting cycle and assist in preparation of business reviews **Your profile**: - Genuine curiosity for controlling / financial planning and analysis - Good analytical skills and a structured way of thinking and working - Proactivity and an eye for detail - Unafraid to ask questions but able to work autonomously if necessary - Familiarity with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint - Understanding of accounting statements is a plus - Very good written and spoken English skills - German is a plus (but not mandatory) **About Exasol**: Exasol is the world’s fastest analytics database, trusted by the world’s most ambitious organizations.
