Callnovo Contact Center is a professional Canadian-based outsourced global call center with 16+ years of customer service outsourcing solutions. Currently, We are looking for an Experienced telemarketer Agent for one of our eCommerce client.
- US$10 to 12 per hour with a daily paid 45 mins lunchtime & bio-break time
- At least 1 year of outbound Telemarketing experience
- Fluent German & English language abilities
- Have a high degree of empathy, patience, and resourcefulness

Job Duties:

- Make outbound calls
- SOP searching

- Work from the comfort of your own home
- Callnovo's friendly management team and the service client will provide the necessary training to get you onboard

Work Shift Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Central European Time (Monday - Friday).

**Salary**: 10.00€ - 12.00€ per hour
