**Das sind deine Aufgaben bei uns**:
- Du übernimmst die fachliche und disziplinarische Führung des Kreations-Teams (bestehend aus Art, Copy, Digital Art und Lektorat) und verantwortest den kreativen Output
- Als Teil der Geschäftsleitung treibst du die strategische Entwicklung der Agentur und unser kreatives Produkt voran
- Du bist Ansprechpartner:in für unsere Kund:innen, wenn es um die Kreation geht und berätst diese
- Du bist kreative:r Sparringspartner:in für dein Team und die Beratung.
- Du entwickelst dein Team und jede:n Einzelne:n individuell weiter.

- Du hast Spaß an Kreativität und Lust darauf, ein Team weiterzuentwickeln
- Du hast Erfahrung in der Entwicklung und Umsetzung von 360°-Kampagnen
- Du hast langjährige Berufserfahrung in Agenturen und bereits in leitender Funktion gearbeitet
- Du vereinst kreatives und strategisches Denken
- Du behältst auch in komplexen Situationen den Überblick und kannst dich und dein Team organisieren
- Du hast Empathie und legst Wert auf einen wertschätzenden Umgang mit deinem Team
