Teamleiter Application Engineering (m/w/d)
Region Lübbecke

Aufgaben
- Führung und Weiterentwicklung des Bereiches Application Engineering
- Reporting an die Geschäftsführung sowie enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Vertrieb, Projektmanagement und Konstruktion
- Verantwortung für die Projektierung hochautomatisierter Fertigungsanlagen inkl. Entwicklung der zugehörigen Anlagenkonzepte
- Unterstützung des Vertriebs bei Vertragsverhandlungen
- Ausbau der standardisierten Layouterstellung

Qualifikation
- Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Maschinenbau, Elektrotechnik, Mechatronik oder vergleichbar
- Fundierte Erfahrung im technischen Vertriebsinnendienst, in der Projektierung oder Konstruktion im Maschinenbau
- Erste Führungserfahrung
- Technisches und kaufmännisches Verständnis sowie Kenntnisse im Vertragswesen
- Verhandlungssichere Deutsch
- und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse
- Ziel
- und kundenorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Ausgeprägte Führungs
- und Methodenkompetenz und starke Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
