Key Responsibilities
We are looking for a dedicated professional to join our Service Organization in Germany in the field of Commissioning / Engineering. If you enjoy taking responsibility, adapting flexibly to new challenges, and actively shaping automation projects, you are the right fit for us. Become a trusted contact for our clients and support exciting projects from planning through to commissioning. We look forward to receiving your application

You will be mainly accountable for:

• Conducting technical clarification discussions with our clients
• Commissioning of the control system scope according to client specifications for industrial and power plant facilities using ABB automation products
• Coordinating commissioning and engineering activities
• Adapting functional planning based on client requirements
• Performing commissioning and optimization tasks in line with contractual agreements within the scope of functional control system commissioning, including supporting acceptance tests and trial operations at the client site
• Monitoring project progress, schedules, and costs
• Conducting project reviews to continuously optimize processes

Qualifications For The Role

• Completed degree in electrical engineering, automation technology, or a comparable education/ professional experience
• Ideally, strong knowledge in automation of industrial plants, especially in power plant control systems
• Interest in flexible deployment in commissioning and service activities at our clients' sites
• Solution-oriented, independent, and structured working style
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Willingness to travel
• Required language skills (spoken and written): German – fluent, English – good
