Sie möchten uns im Bereich Proposal Management dabei unterstützen, die Wettbewerbsfähigkeit des Geschäftsfelds Steuerberatung und der Steuerdeklaration bei Rödl & Partner zu festigen und zu stärken? Als Business Development Team fördern wir den Dialog, die Marktbearbeitung und die Erschließung von Mandaten, Branchen und Märkten mittels unserer drei zentralen Erfolgsfaktoren Proposal Management, Communications Management und Event Management. IHRE AUFGABEN
- Aktive Unterstützung des Teams bei anfallenden Aufgaben im Proposal Management
- Unterstützung bei der Verwaltung und Überarbeitung von Unterlagen des Proposal Managements
- Ganzheitliches und selbständiges Einbringen eigener kreativer Kenntnisse und Ideen
- Recherchearbeiten zu unterschiedlichen Themen sowie Markt
- und Trendanalysen

IHR PROFIL
- Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Wirtschafts-, Geistes-, Medien
- oder Kommunikationswissenschaften oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung
- Fundierte Kenntnisse im Umgang mit MS Office (v.a. Word, PowerPoint und Excel)
- Hohes Maß an Kreativität und Gespür für Typographie, Layout und Farbenlehre sowie Sicherheit in Wort und Schrift (deutsch / englisch)
- Selbständige und gewissenhafte Arbeitsweise sowie Engagement und Flexibilität
- Idealerweise konnten Sie bereits erste praktische Erfahrungen in den aufgeführten Bereichen sammeln
