Pacifico Energy Partners GmbH ("Pacifico") is a renewable energy company for wind and solar energy as well as battery and hydrogen technologies. We develop greenfield projects, repower existing plants, provide state-of-the-art asset management services and facilitate the acquisition of operational and turn-key plants. **Your key accountabilities** - Originating, identifying, and assessing stand-alone battery development opportunities for the German market - Managing the overall development process from project origination to commercial operation - Leading contract negotiations, e.g., to acquire project rights, secure land rights, engage engineering services - Conducting economical and risk assessments for development opportunities and ongoing projects - Maintaining relationships with stakeholders, including project partners (investors, local utilities), engineering partners, landowners, authorities, grid operators as well as technical and legal advisors - Drive and adapt the stand-alone battery strategy of Pacifico Energy Partners in Germany **Requirements**: - Bachelor's or Master's degree, preferably with an engineering focus (e.g., Electrical/ Civil/ Industrial/ Mechanical Engineering, Geography, Renewable Energy) or Architecture - For Senior Associate position: Working experience of one to three years preferably in a renewable energy development firm or similar - Strong team, communication, and project management skills - Positive, entrepreneurial, and energetic attitude - Fluent German (preferable native speaker) and English - Passion for the renewable energy transition **We offer** - A highly motivated, qualified and diverse team with backgrounds from international working development firms, top-tier consultancies, investment banks and similar - The possibility to fundamentally shape the company's growth with exciting tasks and a steep learning curve - An entrepreneurial environment with freedom for flexibility including hybrid working - Individual development opportunities (regular feedback sessions, trainings, language classes, internal insight sessions, etc.) - An office located in the heart of Munich with a rooftop terrace to enjoy afterwork drinks - A strong company culture and various team events throughout the year - you are part of the team from day one - A sustainable mindset - from our core business to our daily office life we think green **We look forward to meeting you
