LeanIX is looking for Working Student Event Marketing (M/F/d) to support the LeanIX Global Events team in our office from Bonn. In this role you will help with events in Europe, USA and APAC as well as webinars and make sure that our presence at trade fairs and conferences across the globe is successful. As part of a small, agile team within the Corporate Marketing & Demand Generation department you should be excited about creating great in-person and virtual experiences for a tech-savvy audience.

**This is a hybrid role**: a mix of days from home and from our office in Bonn.

WHAT IS WAITING FOR YOU?
- Support the promotion and organization of conferences & events (onsite, hybrid, digital) and follow-up
- Research activities, CRM maintenance and management of promotional materials
- After an initial introduction, you will be responsible for your own projects, e.g. sponsor management, organizing a webinar or creation of budget reports
- You will gain insights into a fast-moving B2B marketing organization

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- You are at an advanced stage of your marketing, event management or business studies
- You are interested in IT and technology-related topics
- You are extremely organized have a very structured approach to work
- Ideally, you have some experience working in event management, promotions or social media management
- You are fluent in English. Any other European language would be a plus: some knowledge of German would be helpful
- You know how to find quick and pragmatic solutions and how to adapt flexibly to new circumstances

**ADMINISTRATIVE DETAILS**:

- Can work max. 20 hrs/week during semester
- During semester break entitled to work up to full-time
- Notice period within probation period: 2 weeks
- Notice period after probation: 4 weeks
