We are looking for a driven Working Student to join our Finance Team, who's ready to dive into our exciting journey as the team grows. You will be involved in accounting & bookkeeping operations, financial closings, and audit preparations. With our finance team, you will also actively contribute to exciting finance projects such as infrastructure set-up, tool implementation, process automation and standardisation, internationalisation, and cash management. As our company grows, you will also be involved in consolidation and tax topics.

You'll be working with Julian Kriesten who leads our Finance Team.

**What you'll do as our Working Student Finance (M/F/d)**
- Taking ownership of the accounting process (especially accounts receivables), making sure that all company spending is effectively recorded, booked, and paid
- 2/3 of the time will be dedicated to accounts receivables
- Owning and administrating the company-wide invoicing tools
- Supporting the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting and financial statements and respective documentation
- Driving and optimising accounting processes and working capital
- Collaborating closely with internal teams and peers (approval workflows, expense management)

**Requirements**:

- You are a student of a business-focused university degree programme.
- You have already gained experience in Finance (Accounting, Account Receivables, Account Payables).
- You are proficient with Microsoft Excel and ideally have experience working with DATEV.
- You are analytical and bring a strong numeric understanding to the table.
- You are self-driven, highly structured, and have a hands-on mentality.
- You can work collaboratively with other functions and external partners.
- Ideally, you have previously worked in B2B business with knowledge of how to keep a billing and invoicing process in order.
- You have outstanding written and oral abilities in German and English.
- You are available for 20 h/week
- You are comfortable working remotely (we don't have an office).
