Our mission is to connect and equip teams with the right competencies and knowledge to help people reach their full potential. We do this by:

- Providing high-quality information at the right time to our employees, customers & partners, e.g., trainings via LeanIX Academyand LeanIX product documentation
- Driving impactful knowledge management and content initiatives based on company priorities (OKR driven),e.g., maintenance of a client reference library and content audits across key channels such as Slack, Confluence, content platform

WHAT IS WAITING FOR YOU?
- Support the creation of high-impact content assets related to our product that will enable our customers, partners and employees to use LeanIXContinuous Transformation Platfom in the best ways possible
- Write documentation articles for LeanIX docs-on strategically relevant topics such as modelling guidelines, LeanIX use cases and APIs/integrations
- Support creation of standardised client references summarising customer challenge, how LeanIX helped and what the impact was-Support creation of other content assets for our LeanIX Academy and internal learning platform in PPT or other formats (potentially involving editing of videos in the future)

You will start your journey at LeanIX by participating in our 2-week onboarding bootcamp that will give you a 360° overview of our products, teams, culture& values, ways of working and the ability to connect with peers and leaders of our company. At the same time, you will be introduced already to the specific tasks and requirements as part of our Knowledge Team.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- You‘re at an advanced stage of studies in information management, business informatics or related studies with focus on business and IT
- You have a strong interest and ideally gained first knowledge in IT/Enterprise Architecture Management, and are eager to work in one of the most promising tech scale ups and a leader in the field of Enterprise Architecture Management (EAM)-Hands-on mentality, proactivity, a “founder’s mindset”
- Once you know what the mission and goals are, you are able to take action and don’t shy away from taking ownership and moving things forward-Strong communication skills verbally and written to align with stakeholders from all teams and create great product/tech-related articles
- Empathic person who likes to work in a team and grow with LeanIX
- Excellent knowledge of English
- Enrolled in a German University
- Working location is Bonn
- Role is possible as part of an internship or long-term engagement as a working student with max. 20 hrs/week during semester
- During semester break entitled to work up to full-time
- Notice period within probation period: 2 weeks
- Notice period after probation: 4 weeks
