**Your job**
- Research, diagnose, troubleshoot and identify solutions to resolve customer issues
- Follow standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams
- Collaborate in transition projects and in the further development of the service in general
- Create and maintain procedures for existing processes and documentation around knowledge management, compliance regulations and vulnerability remediation

**Your profile**
- University degree preferably in computer science or related field
- Several years of experience in delivering results in a fast paced, global and regulated business environment
- Sound IT software support experience. Awareness of cloud infrastructure is a plus, as is a quality and result orientation
- Preferably, you are already ITIL certified or have the readiness to pursue one with our support
- Flexibility and bringing a curious and creative mindset, open to new things and able to propose innovative ideas
- Fluent spoken and written English and German
- Understanding of cash management processes and knowledge of FIS Payment Hub is a plus
