CUSTOMS EXPERT & EXPORT CONTROL EMEA (W/M/D)

Ihre Aufgaben
- Leitung: Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung des deutschen Zollteams für alle Vibracoustic-Gesellschaften in Deutschland.
- Compliance: Sicherstellen der Einhaltung aller relevanten Vorschriften, insbesondere des Unionszollkodex (UZK) und der EU-Exportkontrollgesetze.
- Prozessoptimierung: Weiterentwickeln und Standardisieren von Zoll
- und Exportkontrollprozessen, einschließlich Tarifierung, Präferenzkalkulation und Zusammenarbeit mit Zollagenten.
- Gesetzesänderungen: Überwachen regulatorischer Entwicklungen im EU-Zoll
- und Exportrecht und Implementierung neuer Anforderungen in der EMEA-Region (z. B. EUDR, CBAM).
- AEO & Exportkontrolle: Ansprechpartner:in für alle deutschen VC-Gesellschaften in Zoll
- und AEO-Fragen sowie Exportkontrollbeauftragte:r für die EMEA-Region.
- Prozessverbesserung: Identifizieren und Umsetzen von Optimierungsmaßnahmen in der gesamten EMEA-Region.

Ihr Profil
- Ausbildung: Abgeschlossenes Studium, z. B. in Internationaler Betriebswirtschaft und Außenwirtschaft, Supply Chain Management, Logistik oder vergleichbaren Studiengängen, eine Ausbildung im gehobenen Dienst der Zollverwaltung oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation. Alternativ eine kaufmännische Ausbildung mit langjähriger relevanter Erfahrung.
- Erfahrung: Umfangreiche Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position, idealerweise im Zoll
- und Außenwirtschaftsbereich der Automobilbranche.
- Fachwissen: Tiefgehende Kenntnisse der EU-Zollvorschriften sowie der deutschen und europäischen Exportkontrollregularien.
- Kommunikation: Hervorragende deutsche und englische Sprachkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sowie ausgeprägte kommunikative Fähigkeiten.
- Führung: Erfahrung in der Leitung und Entwicklung von Teams, gepaart mit hoher sozialer und fachlicher Kompetenz.
- Arbeitsweise: Strukturierte, analytische und lösungsorientierte Denkweise mit hoher Serviceorientierung und Hands-on Mentalität
- IT-Kenntnisse: Erfahrung mit SAP, ATLAS und Microsoft-Anwendungen; Kenntnisse in Zollsoftware (z. B. AEB, SAP GTS) von Vorteil.
