Working at Freudenberg: We will wow your worldResponsibilities:You support the global business units of Freudenberg Filtration Technologies with precise strategic analyses that create strategic clarity and facilitate decision-makingYou accompany business units in the development and implementation of future-oriented business strategiesAs part of the strategic planning process, you take responsibility for implementation and monitoringYou conduct market analyses and exploratory studies and derive recommendations for actionYou contribute to securing, expanding, or newly developing competitive advantagesYou take the lead in selected initiatives and special projects – for example in the areas of M&A or business developmentWith your expertise, you support the optimization of sales strategies within the business unitsYou independently analyze sales data, prepare results professionally, and derive strategic recommendations for actionQualifications:You hold a Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Economics with a focus on sales strategy, data analysis, and statistics; knowledge of the filtration industry is a plusYou bring experience in strategy consulting and market research – and have already successfully implemented your conceptsProject management, data analysis, and the use of AI technologies are among your strengthsYou are confident in strategic analysis, market segmentation, and competitive monitoringYou are familiar with CRM systems, SAP SD, MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint), BOARD, and CopilotYou think entrepreneurially, act analytically, and always keep the customer focus in mindYou are fluent in both German and English (C1 level)
