**Wir suchen Unterstützung für sechs Monate, ab Juli 2025.**
- **Influencer Management**:Eigenständige Betreuung der Influencer und Conent-Creator. Dazu zählt die Akquise, (Preis-)Verhandlung, sowie Performance Tracking.
- **Kommunikation**:Erstellung detaillierte Briefings und Unterstützung bei der Entwicklung von Kampagnenkonzepten.
- **Trend-Analyse**: Recherche und Sourcing von neuen Influencer Profilen.
- **Performance Tracking**:Support bei der Überwachung von KPIs und Ableitung von Ideen und Handlungsmaßnahmen.
- **Support**:Unterstützung des Marketingteams im Daily Business.

**Das erwarten wir von dir**
- Du studierst BWL, Marketing, Kommunikation, einen vergleichbaren Studiengang, oder hast gerade dein Studium erfolgreich abgeschlossen.
- Begeisterung für Themen im Bereich Online Marketing, Influencer und Social Media sowie eine Passion für Beauty, Lifestyle und aktuelle Trends.
- Idealerweise konntest du bereits erste Erfahrungen in deinem Praktikum oder einer Werkstudententätigkeit sammeln.
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeiten sowie ein gutes Textverständnis und Ausdrucksvermögen.
- Strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise sowie eine zuverlässige, aufgeschlossene Persönlichkeit mit Hands-on-Mentalität.
- Gute analytische Fähigkeiten sowie eine selbstständige und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise.
- Sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift runden dein Profil ab.
