About the Position

Influencer partnerships are at the heart of HOLY's growth strategy in France. As our Influencer Marketing Intern, you'll play a crucial role in expanding our creator network by prospecting and securing talented influencers and content creators across YouTube, Twitch, Instagram, TikTok, and Podcasts.

This is a hands-on, results-driven internship where you'll learn the art of partnership building from the ground up. You'll own the prospecting process—identifying promising creators, reaching out with compelling pitches, negotiating initial terms, and closing deals that align with HOLY's brand vision. Once secured, you'll hand over these partnerships to our execution team who will develop full-scale campaigns.

Your responsibilities will be:
  • Prospect and close influencer partnerships: Identify, reach out to, and secure influencers and creators across multiple platforms (YouTube, Twitch, Instagram, TikTok, Podcasts) who align with HOLY's brand values and marketing vision.
  • Hit monthly performance targets: Manage and achieve monthly goals for new influencer partnerships, demonstrating your ability to execute independently and drive measurable results.
  • Build initial relationships: Kickstart relationships with promising influencers and relevant agencies, laying the groundwork for long-term partnerships that reflect HOLY's brand values.
  • Make data-driven decisions: Use performance data and market insights to prioritize outreach efforts and maximize the impact of your prospecting activities.
  • Master the full sales cycle: Learn and execute HOLY's influencer outreach process from initial contact through negotiation to closing, becoming proficient in tools like GoAffpro, Shopify, CRM systems, and performance tracking dashboards.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally: Work closely with the partnerships execution team and other stakeholders to ensure smooth handoffs and alignment on partnership objectives.


About You
  • Goal-oriented self-starter: You can pursue operational goals and execute day-to-day activities largely independently with limited guidance from your manager.
  • Natural relationship builder: You're excellent at building rapport quickly, maintaining authentic relationships with creators and agencies, and representing HOLY's values in every interaction.
  • Strong communicator: You can craft compelling outreach messages, negotiate effectively, and collaborate clearly with internal teams—both in writing and verbally.
  • Fluent in French and English: Essential for effective communication and strategy implementation in the French creator market.
  • Analytically minded: You're comfortable working with data to inform decisions, track performance, and optimize your outreach strategies.
  • Creative thinker: You can identify innovative partnership opportunities and develop engaging ways to connect with creators.
  • Thrives in fast-paced environments: You adapt quickly to changing priorities, stay positive under pressure, and maintain momentum even when facing challenges.
  • Passionate about the creator economy: You understand the French influencer landscape, follow trends, and genuinely enjoy discovering new talent across platforms.
  • Based in Berlin or willing to relocate.
Nice to have:
  • Previous experience in sales, business development, or marketing (internships, student projects, or personal initiatives count)
  • Active on social media with an understanding of content creation dynamics

The Process

  1. Intro Call: A 30-minute screening with Luca, our Talent Partner. You'll talk about HOLY, the role, your experience, and whether our expectations align.
  2. Case Study & Team Day: Once the first interviews go well, you'll receive a short case study to complete at home, then come into our Berlin HQ to discuss it. You'll also meet peers and potential direct reports to get a feel for the team and culture.
  3. Offer & Decision: If everything aligns, we'll make you an offer and look forward to building HOLY France together.
