The team you will be joining is called Match Talent, within Lingoda. Match Talent is a new joint initiative by Lingoda and Kiron. Together, we are experts in the qualification and integration of international talents combining vast experience in 100% funded education programs - and we help international talents to find the best one for their personal circumstances. All our carefully selected programs come with personal coaching plus our signature course format - language, integration and future skills - which will enable international talents in Germany to successfully adapt to fast-paced, ever-changing environments and challenges.

We are currently looking for an
**Intern Influencer Marketing (M/F/d) **based in Berlin or working remotely.

**Your mission with us**:
Support us to expand our influencer program in target markets and build up long-term relations with creators around the world

**Your tasks**:

- You are responsible for the expansion of our influencer portfolio by researching on various social media channels (e.g. Youtube and Instagram)
- You will take care of the whole lifecycle of potential influencer collaborations, including vetting, onboarding, contract negotiation, content approval, performance tracking, and relationship management
- You are responsible for monitoring, documenting, and reporting on influencer campaigns
- You will support cross-channel projects with other teams whenever it is needed

**You bring to Lingoda**:

- You have a minimum of 6 months in a marketing-related internship
- You are a recent graduate or soon-to-be from fields like marketing, economics, communication sciences, PR & Brand, or related studies
- You have a strong interest in the influencer marketing landscape, including recent industry trends, knowledge of language learning and teaching creator community is highly appreciated
- You enjoy observing video trends on Youtube and Instagram
- You are interested in learning about performance marketing
- You have strong relationship management skills and a data-driven mindset
- You are a highly self-motivated individual with a hands-on mentality
- Fluency in English is a must, any other language is a big plus
