For our client, a highly awarded creative agency for live communication specializing in brand experiences, we are looking for a Director Client Services (M/F/d) to join their leadership team. Our client develops brands with the aim of creating unique and engaging brand experiences across all touchpoints in the focus areas of live, digital, and spatial. The Director Client Services is part of a newly introduced and ambitious executive board in the organization.

For our client, we are looking for a

Director Client Services

(M/F/d) (permanent position)

Possible locations for this role are Berlin, Cologne, or Hamburg

Your Responsibilities
- You act as a contact person at the highest advisory level - especially when strategic and industry-specific expertise is required
- In close cooperation with the CEO and the directors in HR, Finance, Creative, Project Management and Operations you will develop, manage, and steer the organization
- You have responsibility for budget and define the adherence to sales and profit targets
- You continuously review and improve working methods and processes
- You lead and supervise four Account Directors in your team
- You set up interdisciplinary pitch teams and convince new clients with your expertise as well as your engaging personality

**Requirements**:

- At least 12 years of professional experience in consulting and/or business development and proven success in planning and executing complex projects for major brands
- Entrepreneurial passion and self-reliant drive
- Passion for client consulting and agency business
- Empathic and inspiring leadership style
- Convincing appearance, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Perfect communication skills in German
